Astrachan is the solo recording project of Chicago multi-instrumentalist Ben Astrachan, who co-founded bands Berta Bigtoe and Astro Heart. His self-titled debut was released in May 2021 and he records using hybrid analog/digital tape techniques; he performed at SXSW in 2025 and has toured internationally, opening for a range of artists.
