In 2019, Matt Mathews released his own memoir titled Uncovered: The Naked Truth of Life, Love and Addiction where he discussed his life growing up poor and how he did not let that stop him get to where he is today.
He has since launched a skincare collection and clothing line and is now a comedian traveling the world on his headlining comedy tour.
