Is there anything more “Chicago” than a pigeon? Great Lakes Pigeon Rescue is building a community of pigeon owners, adopters, enthusiasts, rehabilitators and admirers-- and they’d love for you to be a part of it. Educational material on pigeons and how to interact and care for city pigeons will be shared followed by a meet-and-greet with a few of their (non-flying) pigeon ambassadors allowing the audience to photograph, touch and even hold the birds.
