In June we will be making Swedish Smörgåstårta Sandwich Cake. Traditionally served during summer celebrations, this sandwich built as a cake, is loved by all. This is a hands-on class where participants will make their own twist on this classic favorite. Cost is $30 for museum members and $40 for everyone else.
