Please join us in a session of inner light meditation facilitated by Jim Rose.

We are living in a time that feels often confusing and stressful. Incorporating meditation in our lives can be the change that can make a big difference in our life. Join Jim Rose,M, Ed retired executive of a fortune 100 company and long time meditator as he teaches a simple meditation technique to increase personal well-being.

Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of a fortune 100 company. He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. Jim currently gives workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same.

How to Attend
This event takes place on Zoom. Register at least 24 hours before the event. Only one registration per household is needed. You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the meeting. Automatic transcription is included in all CPL events using Zoom.
